Pinky paradise and Shoppingholics purchases

First shipment was from pinkyparadise.
I've never had a problem with this store before, of the times i've purchased from here the lenses so far they have not failed me yet and the shipping doesn't take that long also.Thought i'd try out these lenses since they seemed a bit more natural looking as opposed to the others I have which mainly have large enlargement or have patterns.
  • Vassen rainbow eyes greyish blue
  • Anna Sui inspired lenses case

Second shipment was from shoppingholics. This is the first time i've purchased from this store and its GREAT.

Needed to restock on some items since i've finished with my eyeliner and eyelash glue and it was great, they sold these products here as well. Previously I have used the Dolly wink eyelash fix in clear but it was a surprise to me that it came in black. First instincts was to try it out assuming that it'd blend in better :S I really enjoy using the liquid eyeliner from Dolly wink due to the fact that it gets in between eyelashes as well as it has a thin brush great for drawing wings. I've previously bought these lenses before but from another website, Love these lenses even though they do kind of stand out and have a think black rim around, make me look like a vampire haha :3

Order was :
  • Dolly wink eyelash fix (black)
  • EOS candy pink/jewel pink
  • Dolly wink liquid eyeliner black
When I received this it was in very cute packaging as well as came with a card. For extra protection, the lenses were placed in a box, sticky taped and wrapped with bubblewrap. Also received some freebies.

Lolita shoes

Lolita shoes purchased from minky shop have arrived. I bought 2 pairs similar style: Secret shop traditional tea party shoes in white and AnTaiNa tea party shoes in black. Comfort for both shoes are similar and honestly there is no difference between the two brands although I though the stiching on the secret shop shoes did look a little bit better. Stangely enough I nearly forgot about this order since it took about 2 months to ship :S

On the other hand, these are other shoes that I own. Btssb, Shoes from One day in Paradise and Liz Lisa pumps

Sailor loilta

So i'm going through a sailor lolita phase at the moment, hnggg. So many cute dresses online but sadly they either don't ship internationally or they are sold out :(

Totoro Blankets

Hngg so the place where I was planning to buy the totoro blanket from in a few posts back didn't have any stock left as it was being imported from Japan. But I don't give up that easily so...I found another place to buy it and instead of buying that design i'll be buying another 2 different variations; One with the same material polyester 200x140 and the other Acrylic 140x100. Really excited for when these will arrive, i'll be nice and warm at night :3 Yes they seem costly for blankets but its Totoro , <3 Purchased from anshindo previous blanket Jlist

On the other hand, From Jlist I purchased some things, they arrived on the 22th of May though.

Introducing Pudgy Panda

A new store has opened just a few days ago called Pudgy Panda, it is a gift store dedicated to bear/panda related items as well as japan goods. When first entering the store the people working there greeted me with a hello and asked if I needed some assistance. Walking around I was amazed on how many cute things there were in the store as it was colourful and filled with many soft toys, hair accessories, hair dyes and stationery; it was like a version of ArtBox. The people working there were very friendly and gave me a little basket to place my goods inside, the service is warming and great. The shop was very well structured and coordinated and had a white colour scheme to it, very spacious.

Outing with a friend's friend

So I didn't have uni today and a friend 's friend wanted to catch up so caught up with them around 10.30am. We went to eat ate Hoa Tran and chatted for a bit. After he took me on a little cruise and we went on the west gate bridge took an exit and headed towards Port Melbourne. Had no idea what was going on but we then stopped in front of the beach and went for a little walk towards the pier, my gosh the wind was so strong, my fringe and hair was flying everywhere, so embarrassing :( It began to get a little cold so he took me to Sand Bar beach cafe and we ordered a cappuccino and a hot chocolate mmmmm it was so good. Afterwards he dropped me near my house, told me to stay in the car so he could open the door for me, haha I felt like a princess *laughs, gave me a big hug and that was the end of the day. Good day, I wish I wasn't so shy, though throughout the day I did find out some things.

GLW review

So about a month ago I ordered these lolita wigs, i'm in need of a more natural than dramatic looking wig. When first opened the wigs were packaged together and in a plastic zip bag.The curls on the spiral lolita collection-honey bee and chocoholic were amazing, natural looking and perfectly soft curls. The Gyaru wig on the other hand didn't suit me at all, although it did look pretty, I couldn't pull it off at all and the colour sadly made me look extremely old.Since I have more of a round face ad the bangs are parted in the centre of the headline, I suggest that it'd suit someone with extremely fair skin. Overall, i'm quite happy with the two spiral wigs. Wigs purchased from GLW

Japanese Festival, Boxhill

Arrived at Flinders street to catch up with a friend so that we could go the Japanese Festival in Boxhill. It's been a year since I last went there and I could say it hasn't really changed much at Boxhill besides the fact that some stores have either opened or closed down. Many people asked for photos but sadly i'm not the photogenic type of person so it was a *insert poker face smile. Bumped into some people I knew and it was great, the more the merrier :) There were many things to do there: yoyo tsuri, many stalls with a $5 entry fee, food stalls. Ate okonomiyaki, takoyaki even though i'm not supposed to eat it, allergies D; and had 3 flavours of taiyaki: Chocolate, custard and red bean and yeh, didn't have to wait for nearly 3 hours compared to the Docklands Japanese Festival I last went to, it was so good. We pretty much walked around. Stayed there until the closing ceremony and then a group of us headed towards Timeout to play for a bit. *sniff didn't get time to shop at the shopping centre. By then it was already getting dark so we took the train home, changed at Richmond, back to my hometown LOL, well a stop before. Overall met some new friends even though they were friends of friends haha.

Though it was going to be all, wrong. On my way back caught up wi
th a friend since I felt bad for msging them a few hours before hand and not realising I had a missed call. Called back and we caught up. Just arrived at the station and so did they, opened the car door and I think i gave him a little shock lol. *opens door quickly. Enjoying the nice car ride and along the way he gave me a wintermelon juice , at first I was resistant to drink it because i'd never tried it before but hey, it tasted quite nice, it was like a nutty taste to it? and zooooom, had no idea where he was taking me to eat dinner lol, <3 surprises haha. Destination was the Glen. Hopped out of the car in my poofy dress and it was so cold, I was freezing and felt out of place. Got a lot of stares from people, unwanted stares not like the stares I received at the festival or city 。゚(゚ノД`゚)。 but luckily friend was there to say that everything would be okay *relieves face. He asked where to eat but i'm not really a picky person so we ate at Shine Cafe, bar and lounge . Ate a dinner plate sized pizza: sicilian clan- Hot salami, fetta chese, olives, mushroom and monzerella cheese. It sounded like a funny combination but it was really tasty, should've taken a photo of it. Overall it was great day, Special thanks to Kymmie, Steven, Matt and Tim 。◕‿◕。
